Please read carefully before deciding to commission me. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all my TOS.

  • This commission is for personal use only. You can repost to your social media account with proper credits.

  • I retain ownership of the commissioned artwork and reserve the right to post it on my social media accounts and portfolio.

  • Use for NFTs and AI is strictly prohibited.

  • I may cancel/decline a commission within reason (i.e. can’t finish within a time frame, not within my skillset, not comfortable with the themes given, etc.)

  • You will receive up to A4 (1240 x 1754 px) 300 dpi in .png/.jpg with both watermarked and non-watermarked version.

payments and fees

  • I use PayPal for international payments, and Mandiri and ShopeePay for local payments.

  • Rush fees will be charged for tight deadlines.

  • Any major or minor changes that are not included within my work process (specified below) will incur additional charges.

  • Any missed details from my end will not be an extra charge, please inform me early on to fix it.

work process

  • Fill in the order form and send it to any of my 3 social medias, and I will respond accepting/declining. If you have not received a reply within a few days, please resend your order.

  • I will send a thumbnail/rough sketch for approval before continuing to the sketch phase. There is a maximum of 1 major revision (design change, etc.) during the sketch phase.

  • Once you approve of the final sketch, 50% upfront payment must be made via PayPal invoice or other payment choices listed. The commission will only continue once the payment has been received.

  • A maximum of 3 minor revisions (color change, etc.) can be done during the sketch/lineart/coloring stages. Final works will no longer be revised, so please tell me if you are not satisfied with some details.

  • I will update you on WIPs of each completed stages, or if you request so.

  • Once the commission is completed, I will send you a low quality .jpg of the commission, and you can complete the payment to receive the full, high-res image.

  • Colored sketches can take from a few days to weeks, while renderings can take up to 2 months depending on the slots and personal complications. I will notify you as soon as possible if issues arise.

refunds & cancellations

  • Full refunds can only be issued if I haven’t started on the commission. Other than that, refunds can be calculated based on the progress of the commission already done.

  • No refunds upon completion of the commission!! If you still file a chargeback on PayPal, I will blast you on my social media and put you on a public blacklist.
